I had an essential wired video doorbell installed and working fine with the Arlo App. I added two Pro 3 cameras with a Hub and they work fine with the App. I wanted to "add" the doorbell to the Hub (connected the cameras) so the doorbell will record to local USB drive on the Hub like the cameras do.
I removed the doorbell device from the app. I reset the doorbell and saw two flashes of white rings as it began the reset. I did not see the doorbell turn "solid white" after the reset I have been unable to "find" the doorbell since then when I use app to "add a device to the hub". The app sees the Hub and says the firmware is up to date but it never finds the doorbell.
Any suggestions?

Remove the doorbell from the mount and hold the small reset button for >15 seconds until the ring starts flashing and try again.
