I’ve only had my wired doorbell for a few days but noticed a problem with notifications. The app on my iPhone shows a notification but when I open the app and check there are no notifications?
how can I clear this. I viewed my notifications then deleted them on the app.
Thanks,
Dennis

Do you mean you get a notification but no video? If so, have you checked to verify you have a subscription which is needed for cloud recordings? If no sub, what country are you in?

I currently have the three month free subscription. I live in the us.
The application on my iPhone shows 1 but when I open the Arlo App and look at the feed, there are no events.

Power cycling the doorbell transformer may help (turn the circuit breaker off and back on) as well as rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app.
