What device are you using, and what version of iOS/Android is it running?

 

Did you add the device to the trusted list?

I'm on a Pixel 6 Pro with Android version 12 (SP2A.220505.002), app version 3.6.6_28456.

My P6P is already in my trusted devices list.

Do you have an error message of any sort? Have you tried removing your device from the trusted list and re-adding? Does this issue occur on any other devices as well?
