Need picture during doorbell notification

Three years ago it was brought up in here that we need a picture of the person at our door when we get a call from the doorbell, (rich notifications don’t always work). There was a reply from an Arlo rep that the R and D team was looking into it. Is that his ever going to happen? Other brands of doorbells have this feature. For the premium price we pay for Arlo products, it seems like a reasonable request to have this feature.

I don't have any information on whether not this feature will be included at this time. When you say Rich notifications aren't always working? What are you experiencing? You should receive a push notification when the doorbell detects motion as long as it's in the "Armed" state.
