Where/how can I buy a new mounting plate for my wired video doorbell?

I mounted the doorbell upside down and it will not come off. Yes I tried the push pin. That only works if it was mounted right side up. Now I cannot get support to answer me so I am going to have to cut off the baseplate and replace it. But I can not even find it to buy.

Never mind I was able to reuse my old plate.
