I accidentally mounted my doorbell upside down and it locked so I cannot remove it.

I cannot get it off. Even when i use the pin that came with it. To be clear,It is locked on upside down. Push pin does not help. Also support on chat cannot help. I can't be the only one who has done this.

Never mind. i was able to force the top off without damage with a tiny screwdriver. All is well.
