When the doorbell rings I get logged off, and cannot log back in due to multiple users.

My wife has shared status on the app. However, when the doorbell rings and we both try to access it, it logs us both off noting that the app is inaccessible as someone else is already logged in. How do I fix this so we can both see the camera at the same time?
