Hello, my family got an Arlo wired doorbell a few weeks ago and we are having trouble adding me to the account. I have accepted my father's invite and completed all of the steps that go along with setting up an account, but the app is telling me that there are no devices at my location. Occasionally I will receive notifications from the doorbell but when I click on them it brings me to a blank screen.

Try using a computer to accept the invitation. For some reason that seems to work better. Worst case, have Dad delete your access account and create a new one that you then accept on the computer. You don't need to create a new Arlo account - it should just log you in and show you the doorbell.

Does your router use only one SSID for both the 2.4 and 5GHz bands? If so, temporarily disable the 5GHz section. FWIW, I never have to switch to 2.4 to set up a device even though I use the 5GHz band for the phone. The doorbell will only connect to the 2.4GHz band so maybe that will work. That said, I use separate SSIDs for each band to prevent confusion like this.
