Arlo|Smart Home Security|Wireless HD Security Cameras

We purchased a home with an Arlo system and can't figure out how to reset them.

We purchased a home with existing doorbell/camera, two hardwired (exterior) cameras, three interior rechargeable camera (VMC2040), and a hub station (#VMB4500). We have tried to reactivate them and have had no success. We have also tried to connect with tech support to no avail.

 

If anyone has any suggestions, we would appreciate it.

It is possible that the previous owner failed to remove them from their account.

 

Do you have a way to contact them?
