Hello all! We were gifted an essential wired video doorbell back in 2021 and it has been packed up since then. We recently moved into a home that will allow us to utilize the doorbell (it is a wired connection). Upon opening the box, it was discovered the mounting bracket was not included in the packaging. Now before anyone says to check the back of the camera, we have done that and it was not attached. I am trying to find out how to get a replacement since without it, we are still stuck in a position of not being able to use it. I greatly appreciate and help we can get. Thank you for your time and help!

A couple of pictures of the box emptied out as well as the doorbell itself may be useful. I don't doubt you but we all miss things on occasion.

You can use the app to go to Settings, Support to see what may be offered. I'll tag the mods, too.
