I have a video doorbell that was working fine until the app did an update a few days ago. I updated to iOS 13 on both my iPad and iPhone today and neither will play the video clips but will go live has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it

I am having similar issues. The video clips aren’t loading.

Are you seeing any error messages when you attempt to play a clip? Are you able to play the clips on a different device?

I can now view new clips after doing a hard reset but the clips that weren’t loading before are still not loading
