Unable to login. Bought video doorbell, downloaded app and created account. Tried to login with same account on computer and was denied. Device not recognized. After about an hour creating new password on the computer I am not allowed access with my android Samsung phone now. Device not recognized, account already in use, etc. How can I sync my phone and computer to the same account (email and password)? I am about to return doorbell and go with another brand.
