Hi there,

 

Currently using my new Video doorbell (wired) and 2 chimes. Works fine apart from the fact that the doorbell keeps asking to leave a message! This is anoying for the caller as well as me, seeing this in my library.

Although I have disabled this option "leave a message", it is still doing this...

 

Can anyone help me with this?

Try toggling the setting to help force it. It may also be useful to reboot the doorbell (if connected to WiFi) or remove power for a minute and then restore it to reboot it.
