After a year video door bell disconnected, tried pretty much everything, including tech support, soft, hard reset, I moved router to within 2’ from the door bell, made sure router is only on 2.4 etc, bought another Arlo same thing. In the meantime I connected blink which took about 30s, I have a bunch of other devices on same router running on 2.4 channel, zero problems.  When trying to connect door bell app doesn’t find it after QR scan, it comes up with no door bell found.  One thing I noticed that quite often app after that when scanning for WiFi comes up with nothing, on rescan it sees WiFi, other apps are connected to WiFi, there is no interruption of service.  It seems like there is some sort disconnect somwhere. iOS, Arlo essential wired video doorbell

Hi @TK10K

Does your network have band steering? If so, Is it possible to set the router to strictly 2.4Ghz for installation.
