Is this stationary, or does the weird section shift when you livestream the doorbell?

Meaning that the artifacts move around - sometimes clearing up, and then coming back???
Or does same area remain bad all the time?

It's hard to tell, since we can't see the correct image for the part that is bad.
You can try a hardware reset - can you confirm the model? You included the AVD1001 in your first post, but it would be good to be certain.

it's not a part that is bad, it's whole image, all the time.

The upper left corner looked ok in your screen shot.
Possible causes are
- failure in the camera's optics
- failure in the camera's compression hardware
- loss in the network connection

I suggest starting by rebooting the doorbell. Do that by turning off the circuit breaker going to the transformer for 15 minutes or so, then turning it back on again. It might take some minutes for the doorbell to reconnect (it will try to charge the internal battery first).
If that doesn't help, you can try the hardware reset using a paper clip:
This can be tricky with the AVD1001 because you need to take down the doorbell, but still keep it connected to power.
