When someone rings the door bell and I get the call to my phone I can’t see the video at all. The app freezes and it freezes my whole phone.
I added a picture so you can see what I’m talking about

Not sure how you got a screenshot if the whole phone is frozen.

 

What phone/OS? Have you checked to see if there's an app update?

I was surprised it even took the screenshot.
I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, using iOS 14.6.
Yes I dod check to see if they was an update but I don’t have one.

I'm getting the same problem with a galaxy s20,call comes in but as soon as I accept it the call drops out,but it seems to work fine on my galaxy tablet 

I have tried removing the app and reinstall and I have removed the doorbell from my account and reinstall and I've tried a factory reset on the doorbell
