New install of doorbell.  Camera shows full wide view, but motion is not detected in one half of view - no zone.  Created a zone with just the half not detecting and no motion was detected at all.  Changed zone to entire view, still no detection on half, but the other half started working again.

If removing and reinstalling the doorbell doesn't help, swap at the store.

It's easier to test this using the motion detection test.  https://kb.arlo.com/1114344/How-do-I-use-the-motion-detection-test-for-my-Arlo-device

If it fails (likely it will), then exchanging with the seller is the best approach.

BTW, if you didn't remove the plastic covering the doorbell, you should definitely try removing that.  It might be a factor (interfering with the PIR sensors).
