Doorbell (daytime only) recordings are being displayed on screen in three tile like images with the middle section having a green box off to the right. It seems as though the middle band section of the total image is shifted off to the left with green square on right side. I have restarted in app several times. This doorbell is not running through base it is going direct WiFi to home ASUS router. It has been working fine until two weeks ago. ?????

Your description of the issue sounds like poor image quality, possibly due to range or WiFi interference. How far away from your router is the doorbell? What does the signal strength show in the app?

same issues as original poster

iPhone 12, iOS 14.2.1, Arlo app version 2.22 (1549)

wifi strength shows full (3 bars)

just installed this morning

recording fine, playback fine on my wife iPhone and on MacBook Pro (Chrome browser)

live monitoring is fine, it's just the recorded playback on my iPhone 12

screen capture image below shows area that is blocked (although it doesn't look quite the same when I screenshot it as it does in the app - missing green box at right)... also, as it plays, the audio comes through fine.

More info... the issue happened again after not happening for 2 days.

Also, another iPhone 12 couldn’t watch the first problem video. Other non-iPhone 12 users had no issue.

No, connection is strong. ASUS router is located in room above doorbell. It happens randomly. Only on doorbell video, other 4 cameras working ok. Thx for your response.

This is my issue. Only happens in daytime recordings.
