Video Doorbell multiple users

There are two users for the video door bell.   My phone and my wife's phone will get notifications when there is motion.  When the doorbell is push, Arlo will only call my phone.  Is there a way to call two phones?

If the app is installed and logged into on both phones you should get the call on both. You might want to check the non-working phone's phone settings for the app to ensure all permissions are granted.

 

Also, a reboot of the phone and reinstallation of the app may help.
