It's possible have the new Video Doorbell together with the Arlo Pro 2 in the same subscription of $9.99 (Premier)?

Yes. Arlo Video Doorbell comes with a 3 month trial to Arlo Smart, which it requires for recordings to be saved in the cloud. If you already have an Arlo Smart subscription that covers up to 10 cameras, the video doorbell will occupy one of those 10 camera slots.
