Video Doorbell Turn Camera on & off

Why cant I turn my video doorbell camera off anymore?

In the app, in settings, There use to be an option to turn doorbell camera on & off and now the option is not there. I have removed device and added back several times and still no option to turn on & off.

When this option disappeared the camera was off and I had to remove and add device back to get camera to turn back on.

It's there for me on Android. Reboot the phone and reinstall the app if necessary. Don't forget you also have the web client option to check.

I’ve been having the same issue with my Arlo Apple app for video doorbell. Support is pretty much useless on this issue. I think they want everyone to pay for their monthly service, or at least Apple users for whatever reason.
