After removing Video Doorbell from direct connect to WIFI and then reconnecting to the SmartHub, the push notifications (Android) now display the serial number but not the name assigned to the doorbell.

Renamed it from the app instead of the web portal and push notifications now show the name instead of the serial number 😊

This likely was not an issue specific to the web client or mobile app. It can take some time before name changes reflect on smart alerts, typically in the neighborhood of 30 minutes after the change.
