The terminal screws on my video doorbell will not loosen without stripping the screw heads. I have purchased and returned 4 units with the same problem, the screws are so tight that they strip out trying to loosen them. Customer service is no help, I have spent probably 4 hours on the phone totally wasted time.
Any suggestions?

The screws take a #1 Phillips screwdriver. WHile some screws may be overtightened from the factory, a #1 screwdriver with a tip that is in good shape should suffice. I just tried it on an never-installed doorbell with no issues.
