Hello. I activated the device but I can't buy a subscription for cloud recording. It is stuck on this screen. I tried it on many devices such as phones and computers but it is unsuccessful. Does anyone know the reason?

Can you try closing all the open windows on your phone. Restart the phone and then try to purchase the subscription again?
