I always get a grey loading screen and i cannot see who is ringing at my door and on my wife phone is no problem i tried everything to fix it. Delete the arlo app unconnect all devices and install again etc. When i had a subscription everything was perfect and now without subscription i get this drama

On both, very strange i tried reinstall the mobile application deleted the doorbell from my base station, restart the base station. Everything.

And from the beginning my geofencing don’t work also tried everything. + from now on sometimes it don’t ring on lock screen on android only an notification comes but screen don’t go on. So its useless if the screen dont turn on when someone ring the doorbell

When your phone is actively ringing there will not be any video on the answer screen until you accept the doorbell call.

I know how it works. if the phone is actually ringing on android is the question.
and on my i os, WHEN i accept the call there is no video but only grey loading screen for some seconds and then it ends.

Reset the modem, delete arlo doorbell and add again as new. Log out and log in. Delete the app and install again.
