Unable to activate my 3 month trial of Arlo Smart for my new video doorbell.

I have a support case #41718380.

This has to do with my video doorbell not recording locally (my cameras do)

 

In order to test if the doorbell is recording to the cloud, I tried to sign up for my free trial.

 

I think I need an "Arlo Smart Code"

 

I'm hoping a moderator will PM me with that code.

My trial subscription has been activated and my video doorbell is recording to my local storage.

There is no code to apply for the trial. The trial should be added to your account automatically when you first install the doorbell.

 

I will escalate your support ticket and request an update on it's status.

I too can’t activate my subscription. I have had Pro 2 cameras and added the doorbell last week and now stumbled across this post when searching online for the issue.
