I just got the Arlo video doorbell and have mostly completed the installation.  The issue is that I can not connect to our Eero wireless mesh system.  I called technical support but they couldn't come up with a solution.  Anybody have any success connecting to a mesh system?  More specifically an Eero?

So after talking to support over the past couple of days, the solution with eero was to add a WiFi extender that operates on 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz. So I added an extender, put my phone on that network, and went though the process of adding the video doorbell. It was a success. So that’s how I got mine to work. It’s a bit sad that I had to add a device, but there was a workaround.

torquerolljoe,

At what point during the on-boarding flow are you encountering an issue? What error messages are shown?

I forgot to say that I disabled the 5 ghz network on the extender. So it stays on 2.4 ghz. And that’s the key, the phone needs to connect on 2.4 ghz only to add the door bell.

Wow, eero suggested a wifi extender over one of their beacons??? That's the whole idea of a mesh system! I currently have a Nest Hello doorbell cam and I do know that it had trouble connecting to the eero mesh so I just added an eero plug in beacon and voila, connection. The issue, for the Nest product, lies in that the wifi receiver in the doorbell just wasn't very strong to receive the mesh signal. When I placed a beacon closer to the door it sorted it out. Glad to read you resolved your issue but surprised eero said use an extender!!
