Terminal screws on the essential Arlo Video door bell are too tight and strip easily. I have tried two of the video door bells and I am able to loosen one of the screws, the other ones gets stripped. Using a #1 Philips screwdriver. Have other folks run into this issue? Thanks for any pointers/help.

At least part of the problem is the use of a #1 Phillips screwdriver. Use the LARGEST screwdriver that fits. ALso, be aware that there are different tips even within the proper size - I use a #2 that has a point on it rather than a blunt end.

Both terminal screws were stuck. I used several different screw drivers and they would not budge. The screws were overtightened during manufacturing. I was so afraid I'd strip the screws. Finally my last ditch effort paid off. I used a manual ratcheting screw driver with interchangeable heads. I had to press firmly and turn. Thank goodness because I was ready to give up. 🙄
