When our trial subscription finished, my husband went to sign us up to the annual plan. Not remembering that I had originally set up the doorbell on my account, he set it up under his account. It now isn't linked to our doorbell. He has tried calling on multiple occasions and emailed but has had no reply. Having paid for the year we would like to transfer the subscription to my account so that it links to the doorbell. How would I go about this?
