I am unable to connect my Chime 2 to my wifi network, as it tells me it is unable to connect to the network. It is a Fritzbox router with both 2.4 and 5 ghz channels enabled with automatic channel selection. I successfully connected my Arlo video doorbell. I read on the other posts that there may be a fix for this. Can anyone help?

Thanks

Try this: https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo-Audio-Doorbell/Workaround-for-adding-a-second-Arlo-Chime-to-an-Ar...

Although it refers to something else, it may be helpful.

The chime won't work with 5GHz WiFi, but 2.4 only. Also, see that you have WPA2 selected and that temporarily you separate both networks, and that you connected your phone to 2.4GHz one. Avoid special characters in the SSDI and try channel 1 or 6.

@Richardsmills - @Edinburgh_lad1 meant to type SSID here.  That is the network name of the wifi.  Also avoid special characters in the password field.

What device are you using to install the chime?  There are issues with the iPhone 15.

Gosh, maybe we should start with 'what devices there are *no* issues with'

My Pixel 6 and a Netgear RAXE300 have no problems.
