Just setup my video doorbell last night, super excited. Saw that with night vision on I am getting some glare back... looking for suggestions as to what could be causing it? I moved the stroller in front of the car license place as I thought the glare came from there. Thanks!

						Hey,
It’s just mounted with the straight mount, nothing placed around or over it. I thought maybe the IR was leaking from inside but there doesn’t seem to be any pressure or twisting of the unit. I moved the stumps back, didn’t help. The concrete stairs to the bottom left are painted black, would that reflect?

Joegle,
How does the image look during the day? Are you able to provide a picture of where the doorbell is installed so we can better understand the environment?

Picture of camera from this morning. There is a motion detector above the doorbell, that was obviously not activated when I sent the picture at night.
