Shared Video Doorbell but mine stopped receiving calls

I recently installed the video doorbell and it was working fine. However when I started sharing the device with my wife using IOS - she started receiving calls, but mine stopped receiving calls. All i get now is a notification that someone pressed it. I'm using android by the way.
Please advise what could have gone wrong with mine given that I'm the one who shared it.

Marcjl,

 

You should receive calls on both devices if you've successfully shared. Try rebooting your mobile device. Are you still experiencing this behavior?
