QR code not scanning

I changed my broadband supplier and need to update my doorbell. I’m following the steps and no matter what I do it will not scan the QR code. 

I’ve been trying for days and cannot find any help anywhere online.

FWIW, the simplest way to handle changing to a new router is to set up the wifi on the new router to use the same network name and password as the old one.  That eliminates the need to set up the wifi again on all your devices.

 

Do you have an Arlo Secure subscription for the doorbell?

What model doorbell is it?
