QR code wont scan on new Arlo Doorbell, no help in any forum and I have been on hold with Arlo for 45 minutes, customer service is a joke and I will be removing my current cameras and will happily pay more money for a higher end competitor

Have you reset the unit using the button on the back. If the QR code does not scan, remove from power supply and press the button again (hold down for at least 30 secs. Reconnect and press the rest button again until the light flashes on the front and it may then scan. I have had untold problems with this unacceptable kit so I feel your pain!
