Problems pairing with base station

I have a vmb4000r3 base station and an Arlo esencial spotlight camera that work fine together. I just reinstalled two Arlo wired doorbells and paired them to the base station through the app but both doorbells keep showing off line. The base station says they are paired with it. I originally didn’t connect them with the base station just the wifi and they worked fine on the app but wouldn’t record locally on the base station because they weren’t paired with it. Power is fine to everything. Network is 24g. I can’t figure out what the problem could be. Any suggestions?

Did you experience any issues when onboarding them to the base station? Do you experience the same behavior on both the mobile app and web client?

I was finally able to pair them but now both doorbell videos get pixelated a lot on the App.

This is likely a symptom of poor signal strength due to range or WiFi interference. How far from the base station are the doorbells? What does the signal strength icon show in the app?
