When my camera records in the dark, I get pixelated green boxes and can’t see the image. Has anyone else had this happen and found a fix for it?

Is night vision enabled in the doorbell settings? Have you tried adding external lighting (porch lights, etc.)?

Also a snapshot of what your seeing would be helpful.
