Library Video Count

Let's say the Video Doorbell shows 14 videos in the library and after viewing the library the counter is reset to zero.

Then, after viewing the library and having the counter reset to zero there are 3 more motion activations on the doorbell, the counter not only shows those 3 activations but also includes the previously cleared 14 for a total of 17 (gets worse as the day goes on as that includes the total for the entire day) so unless you remembered the prior count and do the math then you will never know just how many recent activations there have been since you last viewed the library...it's especially annoying when there have been lots of prior activations as it gets towards the end of the day.

Note that this happens on both the app and the web portal.

Recently I've found that clicking on the number circle for a camera to set the library filter for that camera and then clearing the filter while still in the library resets everything back to 0 reliably.

You're right, that's the workaround 😁

Question is...why did it start behaving like this a couple of weeks ago and why is it just the video doorbell? 🤔

We shouldn't have to find these kind of workarounds for things that just change for no reason.
