Poor video quality during calls

I found myself searching all over for a solution and after finding one wanted to post it here.  My video quality was good in recordings and live video but it was terrible during calls.  I went to the settings -> Video Setting -> Resolution and changed it from 2K to 1080.  This helped a lot.  Note:  The camera settings didn't show up until the day after I set up the camera.
