Phone no longer rings when doorbell pressed

Up until a few days ago, when someone pressed the doorbell, my phone rang.  Now it just vibrates.  I changed nothing.  I can find no options in the settings.  Notifications are on in phone and app.  I am using Android,  What happened?

Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app?

The app otherwise works properly.  i will try rebooting the phone

If you receive a call from someone else, does your phone vibrate or does it ring?
