Notifications working on iPhones, not working on Huawei Android

We have installed an essential video doorbell that is working perfectly with the iPhones used by all but one family member - but one member of the family has a Huawei P30 Pro Android phone, and the notifications aren’t working.

We’ve followed the troubleshooting guides - but can’t get notifications.

Any suggestions would be approciated.

FarneFogey,

 

Check the app permissions on the device to be sure push notifications are allowed for Arlo.

 

You could also consider reinstalling the mobile app and allow permissions upon installation if asked.
