Phone keeps ringing, even after friend pick up call

After a successful installation of my Arlo Wired doorbell, the phone keeps ringing even after my wife answered the call. 

 

Both have an iPhone with the latest version of iOS. The firmware of the doorbell is up to date. 

Her status is accepted in the settings. Hopefully someone can help.
