No doorbell press calls when away

Hi, my doorbell (app) calls my mobile when I'm home but not when I'm away (with 4G coverage). No call at all. What have I done wrong please?

Which app? I don't have iOS but I think there's a setting in the phone to allow the Arlo app to use cell connections.

I'm on android and I've checked the phone settings and the Arlo app settings and can't find any reason that it won't call me over 4G but will when my phone is connected to my home wifi.

Try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app.
