I am considering purchasing 2 wired doorbells. I currently have an Ultra 2 camera system with base station. What are the pro & cons of connecting the doorbells to the wi-fi modem vs changing them to connect to the Arlo base station?

Connecting them to the base makes it a bit easier when you upgrade to a new wifi router (for example if you switch internet providers). It also potentially gives you local storage. Some folks use that instead of a subscription, others as a backup.
Connecting them to your home wifi might give you a better signal (particularly if you use wifi extenders or a mesh router).
