No Snapshot of Motion - Can't return call when someone presses doorbell

After my Arlo Smart trial expires, I started to experience these issues.
The doorbell detects motion, but no longer showing me the brief picture snapshot of the motion. This also happens for my Arlo Floodlight
The doorbell calls my phone when someone presses the doorbell, but when I try answer, it shows a black screen and then hangs up.
What's the problem exactly?

Are you referring to the picture in the push notification alert? If so, this is the Rich Notification feature and is part of Arlo Smart. If you wish to continue benefiting from the features of Arlo Smart, you must subscribe after the trial expires.
A black screen on incoming calls may be due to your mobile device not supporting the resolution. Check your doorbell video settings and reduce the resolution and test again to see if you still experience the same behavior.
