Night time camera green and pixelated can’t see

Hi everyone, I recently installed our arlo wired door bell and during the day the video playback is fine but at night it’s geek and non visible, my husbands video play back is fine he has an android phone I have an iPhone 13 I will attach a pic of what the video looks like. Please help !

To be clear, both of you are viewing the same video but yours is corrupted? Try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. You can also try downloading the video from the library and use a video viewer such as the free VLC to see if that looks ok.

That makes sense. 

 

Different players handle errors very differently.  So maybe also looker closer on Android, and see if it is freezing (instead of showing the green artifacts).

Yes when viewing on his android phone there is no green pixelated video only on my video playback on my iPhone, I’ve tried re installing app and shutting down the phone but it still does not fix the issue. I will try downloading the video player to see if that helps! Thank you
