No Existing Doorbell. Want to install wired video doorbell. What do I do with the Power Kit?

My home does not currently have a wired doorbell or chime. I am going to install the doorbell as shown in the video, but it does not say what am I supposed to do, if anything, with the Power Kit? On a side note, I have purchased the Chime 2 (AC2001) to go with the doorbell.
