I have an issue with the night vision recordings which get stored in the library, but only when viewing from the app. I can live-stream the night-vision feed from the doorbell in the app just fine. I can also view the night-vision recordings on my laptop just fine, but whenever I try to view a night-vision recording from the app, they look like the below image.
It's inconvenient to not be able to check from the app, anyone got a solution to this? I tried playing with video settings, no change.
I have good wi-fi and internet connectivity, no issues with any other streaming apps on my phone, for instance.

Can't say why that's happening but the first step is always to reboot the phone and reinstall the app. What phone and OS version?

Not since the doorbell has been installed a few weeks ago, no. This has been like this since install.
