MY wired doorbell camera is not recording. I can see activity on my phone, but no recordings. I am getting recordings on all of the other 4 cameras in which I have.

Old cameras (pro, pro 2, and some others) came with 7-day free cloud recording.
New cameras (starting with the Ultra in 2018) require a subscription to get cloud recordings. Those models include the video doorbells.
If you have the doorbell connected to a smarthub (VMB4540 or VMB5000), then there is an option to see locally recorded videos in the app. But that feature isn't on the older bases (VMB4500 or earlier).

Do you have a subscription for the doorbell (either trial or paid)?

Sorry for late response. I do not have a subscription. I also reset the doorbell camera and deleted it from the app and re-added it back to the app. Still not recording.
