I just installed this and it is working however I cannot get the bottom of the doorbell to click into the mounting bracket. I use the up and in motion they mention but the bottom just does not click into the bracket which is really disappointing considering the cost of this unit.
Any suggestions?

Are the doorbell wires getting in the way?
You could try loosening the screws on the mounting bracket a bit. Obviously not too much. You could alternatively try using washers to create a bit more space.

Also make sure the mount isn't installed upside down. Seems obvious but it happens...
