At times not able to take the calls from doorbell.

When I test doorbell works fine without any issues, but when I'm really outside and someone press the doorbell. The connection from my phone to doorbell is not happening smooth and fast. We are not able hear the audio or video is not clear. When I tab on the device to see real time feed, it not showing properly. 

 

I can confidently say that I have good internet connection in my phone. Youtube, Spotify, email, etc. all the are all working fine at that moment.

 

Has anyone faced this issue and how to troubleshoot this?

It sounds like you're describing a delay with the stream. Some delay is expected, how long of a delay are you experiencing?

It is not delay, I could connect and have conversation to the guest via camera. We would have waited for 20 to 30 seconds.
